Three ways to pay for dental care at My Dental Hub
There are three ways to pay for dental care at My Dental Hub in Skokie: dental insurance, the My Dental Hub Membership Plan, and CareCredit financing. Patients without insurance can join our Skokie dental membership plan for $199.99 a year.

What does the My Dental Hub Membership Plan include?
The My Dental Hub Membership Plan is a yearly in-house plan that covers your preventive visits and discounts on other treatment, with no insurance company involved. It is the flexible alternative to traditional insurance.

- Adult Membership: $199.99 per year
- Add an Adult Family Member: $99.99 per year
- Add a Child Family Member: $49.99 per year
What membership includes
- Cleanings: 2 regular dental cleanings per year
- Fluoride: 2 fluoride applications per year
- X-rays: annual X-rays
- Emergency care: 1 emergency visit per year (exam included)
Exclusive member discounts
- Up to 50% off dental treatments including: root canal treatment, dental implant, bite guard, restoration, crown, deep cleaning, and extraction.
- Up to 30% off cosmetic treatments including: veneer, smile makeover, office whitening, bleaching tray, and facial Botox.
Our current specials are for new patients without dental insurance who enroll in the membership plan.
Frequently asked questions
What if My Dental Hub is out of network with my insurance?
Call us with your plan details. We will check whether we are in network and estimate what your plan pays and what you would owe. The membership plan may cost less than out-of-network benefits.
How is a Skokie dental membership plan different from insurance?
The membership plan is a direct agreement with our office: one yearly fee covers your preventive visits and unlocks discounts on treatment. No insurance company is involved, so there are no claims to file.
Can I use the membership plan and insurance together?
The plan is designed for patients without dental insurance, and our specials are for uninsured new patients who enroll. If you have insurance, call us and we will tell you which option saves more.
When does the membership plan start?
Your membership year begins when you enroll. The included cleanings, fluoride, X-rays, and emergency visit are per membership year.
